This past Saturday afternoon, Nathan enjoyed watching his 1st movie in a movie theater, "Thomas and the Runaway Kite". The closest theater showing the movie was the Carmike Cinema at Apple Blossom Mall in Winchester, VA. So after soccer class, we loaded up the mini-van and drove out to Winchester.
Despite having just finished our lunch at Chick-fil-A, Nathan had plenty of room for popcorn.
Andrew on the other hand was in a chatty mood, so he spent quality time with Dan and I in the lobby while the movie was playing.
After the movie, Dan and I then enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful ride home along Route 50 while the boys napped. It is kind of amazing how rural Virginia is just a few miles West of where we live.
