So Andrew turned one on the 5th of May. He is quickly becoming more like a boy and less like a baby. He is 31 inches (80%) and 23 lbs (60%), which is slightly smaller than Nathan was. His daycare provider has told us that he quickly took to the sippy cup, but to be honest we had not really tried it much at home. It's been a little sad to realize that our "baby" is not really a baby anymore (although we are ecstatic to not have to wash bottles anymore!). But as you can see, he's ready for it.
Andrew is also making great strides (literally!). He is cruising and walking well behind a walker. He's still not quite brave enough to stand on his own, but I've seen him do it a few times for just a couple seconds. It won't be long before he's chasing Nathan and Lucy around the house!
