Nauticus

With rain in the forecast at the beach for most of Sunday, we headed to Norfolk to visit a maritime museum called Nauticus. The biggest attraction (at least in Nathan's mind) was the U.S.S. Wisconsin - a U.S. battleship with a rich active duty history.

Nathan could not stop talking about how excited he was to have a chance to walk on a "real Navy boat." After enjoying the sights on old "Whisky," we headed inside to explore the museum.

... and Nathan had fun pretending that he was hitting the rack at sea.

We enjoyed exploring the world at sea and made the best of a rainy afternoon.
